This one was created with make-up and styling artist Ayten from La Rouge Visagie. The model is Rachel Wals. There is a large softbox on the right (of the camera) and a strip light on the left. The postprocessing consisted mostly of bringing up the feather brightness a bit and increasing specularity in the hair.

There is something about images where the model does not look into the camera. I tend to like it. This one was taken using a wind machine. This is Ella, and her look straight at the camera is as forceful as is her looking away, like here. I still like the variation, with the subtle blue gel highlighting the back of her head.
