This one from Renilde was made will dangling above her, with 2 striplights on either side. I’m still not sure whether this picture works better when shown in landscape, but at least this way you first notice her eyes. 😉

Here is one from Siebrecht, which was shot in Hilversum with the sun quickly going down. Using the sun as a backlight is mostly a lot nicer than using it as your main light.
In front was a Discovery DC600 with not much more than some barndoors.

I found that in the summer time, shooting in my studio in the attic is less than ideal. It just gets a bit too warm mostly, even with the Dutch weather, which isn’t always compliant with the connotation of the word ‘summer’. 😉
Still, we had set a date some time ago, and the weather wasn’t that hot around that day, so Renilde and I went ahead anyway. Hope you like it.
